Dear Parents and Students,

Thank you so much for registering in the Metropolis School of Performing Arts Spring 2009 session. We wanted to provide you with some important information regarding the school:

• You should receive a Digital Welcome Packet via e-mail within the first two weeks of class that include: School Policies, Volunteer Form, Spring Calendar and other updates.
• Please make sure that the school has a current e-mail address for you so that we can get you this pertinent information.
• In the event that you do not receive our e-mailed information, each classroom has a hanging folder located just outside the classroom doors. Extra copies will be stored there for you to pick up.
• Throughout the session, we will e-mail school updates and showcase information. Again, if you do not receive these, extra copies will be stored in the classroom hanging folders.
• We also post everything on the bulletin boards (located outside the education office and in the classrooms) and on this blog.

We value your time and investment in Metropolis. Therefore, we want to make sure that we make all of the School’s information easily accessible to you.
